What does Guide My Work do?

Automated Visual Work Instructions: Step-by-step operating procedures for each station that walk the operator through performing the build steps they need to.
Work Instruction Revision History: Every change to the instructions is tracked for historical purposes.
Operator Tracking: Optionally require every operator to log in using an employee ID card. All assembly history is then associated to that operator.
Part Traceability: Serialized scanning and barcode printing to uniquely identify every part.
Automated Safety/Quality Alerting: Upload PDF documents for safety and quality alerts for communication with operators.
Operator Reference Material: Upload PDF documents for operator use.
Andon Call for Help: Operators can send SMS and emails messages to request help to speed up response times.
Real-Time Dashboard: Show production summary, defect information, downtime on a plant display board for increased visibility.
Cycle-Time Reporting: Identify station bottlenecks and training opportunities.
Production Summary Reporting: Show production detailsin a variety of grouping and filtering configurations.
Operator Cycle Time Clock: Keep takt using a real-time operator clock.
Product Birth Certificate: Every step of every station is tracked by part serial number. The birth certificate displays all of the information collected in printable form.
Bar Code Scanning: Define the expected barcode pattern in the instruction editor and using a USB keyboard wedge scanner, the operator will verify the correct part is being used.
Integration to PLCs: Integration to Allen-Bradley Logix and Modbus PLCs without need of an OPC Server.
Integration to Torque Tools: Using OpenProtocol, integration to any network-connected torque device.
Label Printing: Print barcode labels to any network-based printers.
